St Bride's Church, Fleet Street, watercolour style greeting card
Known as the Cathedral of Fleet Street, it is the second tallest of Wren’s churches (226ft), built in 1670-1684. Most of the original building was destroyed in WWII, with only the steeple and outer walls still standing. The post war restoration has given the interior a modern feel. The church is famous for its association with the journalists and newspapers, as well as for the tiered wedding cake inspired by its steeple.
